Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

Government regulations on COVID-19 change frequently. Before you travel, you need to ensure you have checked and understood the relevant regulations applicable to you, your location, your destination and the make-up of your party as it is your responsibility to comply.

Please note that the below is not legal advice and you must make sure you familiarise yourself with the relevant government regulations.

What happens if one of the party becomes ill during our stay?

If you become unwell with the symptoms of COVID-19 whilst staying with us, self isolate and apply for a coronavirus test.  Use the online symptom checker if you are unsure.

Please contact us immediately on +44(0)7896634483 or +44(0)1678 520036

If the test is positive you must return home immediately.  If you are unable to travel home then you will have to remain in our accommodation for two weeks but you will be charged for this time.

What if I catch Covid-19 and must cancel my holiday?

We will do everything we can to resell the time you have booked.  We advise everyone to take out travel insurance to cover any unexpected events.

What if I have to cancel my holiday because I need to self isolate or am advised not to travel by my doctor?

If you are advised to self isolate or advised not to travel we will be prepared to change the dates, be aware that prices change during the different seasons.   You will have the option to totally cancel your stay and the deposit of £60 will be retained from your refund.
